Frequently Asked Questions

What is Oneiral?
Oneiral is a CPR training quality assurance platform. It uses computer vision to evaluate CPR technique in real time during practice on a manikin, giving instructors and trainees objective feedback instead of relying on visual judgment alone.

What does the CPR Quality Evaluator measure?
It measures four core elements of CPR quality: posture (arm and elbow position), compression depth, chest recoil and compression rate. Results are shown live during the session and summarized at the end.

Do I need special equipment?
No. Oneiral runs in a web browser on a device with a camera. You use it alongside the manikins you already have, with no sensors or extra hardware to install.

Who is Oneiral for?
It’s built for CPR and first aid training organizations, their instructors and the trainees they certify. Organizations use it to standardize how CPR quality is assessed across all of their instructors and classes.

Does Oneiral replace CPR certification or the instructor?
No. Certification remains with your training provider and your instructors remain in charge of the class. Oneiral gives them an objective, consistent measure of performance to support their teaching and assessment.

What is the Oneiral portal?
The portal is where organizations manage their use of Oneiral. An organization administrator adds instructors, oversees training sessions and keeps a record of every trainee’s results in one place.

How do instructors get access?
The administrator invites instructors by name and email, and each instructor receives a secure sign-in link. After that, instructors sign in quickly by selecting their name and entering a personal PIN, so getting started in a busy classroom takes seconds.

What records can an organization keep?
Each session’s results are saved with the trainee’s name. Administrators can review performance across instructors and classes, export records to a spreadsheet and print session summaries for their files.

Is video recorded or stored?
No. Video is processed on the device during the session and is never stored. Only the movement measurements needed to evaluate CPR quality are kept, together with the trainee’s name and session results. Portal data is hosted in Canada.

How is Oneiral priced?
Oneiral is offered as a monthly subscription, with an Instructor licence for individual instructors and an Organization licence for training providers with multiple instructors. Contact us to learn about current plans and our early-adopter program.
